Never can reach anyone for help to place an order
Everything is so complicated when placing an order. I can never reach anyone by phone!
I have tried ordering another item because the first order I received was faulty. I've been dealing with all this and trying to order a replacement for about 30 days now.

I had to send it back, my little fan works better than that does. It just was what I expected it to be.
It just didn't work that good, I could barely feel air, my fan works better than that did. I was disappointed with the performance. It looks good.

Reason I only gave a three right now and I will make it more once I receive my product, is because on my timu actual account I had my old address when I put to switch the address to my new address the
They had said that they could not change the address at that time. So I called the company, and they had said that it will come to my new address so once my product gets received to my new address I will give you more of a rating as of right now it's at 3
Question on why it's dripping
It started dripping no one seems to be able to tell me why. I also asked about auto setting and she couldn't answer that. We were going to buy another unit but now I'm going with a different company

Customer service is DISGUSTING
Unfortunately, the children's kitchen unit did not meet my expectations. The size turned out to be too large for our space, and I decided to return it after a few days, only to realize it had been over 30 days since the purchase.
Despite this, I was willing to accept a store credit to use the funds towards another item, but customer service agent I was in touch with disappeared.
I was in touch with a customer service agent named Maja and they were not at all understanding of my circumstances.
This agent is now no longer replying to any of emails and has disappeared.
I used to praise this company to friends and families. Its really unfortunate because Ive always liked shopping here but I guess this has now left a very negative outlook overall.

Need a part for treadmill SP37514 part key# 83 name M8*45-10 bolt
I am still waiting on a return call regarding purchasing the bolt for my treadmill. This has truly been frustrating my safety should be more concerning to your company.

I did not get connected to costway at all about the missing part . The entire process to speak with customer service is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have a product I cant use because of a missing part and cant get in touch with the company about replacement

I bought a queen platform bed and it collapsed while my daughter was sleeping on it and she does not even weigh 200lbs!!! The bed is not even a year old model#HU10030.
I bought this bed through Target TCIN: 8557**** UPC: 197867****78. The bed can not even be fixed! So now my daughter is sleeping on the floor. This bed was not cheap!
I did register this bed so you should have my info. The bed should be on a recall list.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Complaint my pillow on my lounge chair discolored in a week
Company resolved the issue.
I havent heard anything as of yet but I sent pictures of the pillow on lounge chair showing discoloring and sent pictures of the double chair (loveseat) showing the discoloration of the wicker and the unwrapping of the wicker on leg and now fell off.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I tried on numerous occasions either by phone or email to contact Costway but never received a reply.
I contacted Pissed Customer and then Costway sent me an email to contact Target Guest Services, since I purchased the rattan rocking chair online through them. Target was excellent in handling the situation and I received the replacement seat.
This is the 3rd time that I have tried to contact your company. I never receive any response.
I need a replacement seat for RATTAN ROCKING CHAIR HW66722. The seat is labeled as PART C.
The seat broke away from the bracket and now just hangs.
I bought this chair in April and have it only 2 months when it broke. Please send a replacement seat free of charge since it is covered under your ninety day warranty and I only have this chair 2 months when the seat broke.

Preferred solution: I received the replacement seat for my rattan rocking chair. The whole process took approximately one month. After contacting Pissed Customer, Costway told me to contact Target Guest Services. They took the necessary steps to get me the replacement seat.

Well if you knew how to read you would have read the receipt and seen the 30-day return policy. Where were your parents when you bought the kid's kitchen unit for yourself? Surely they read the back of the receipt and explained the return policy to you since you cannot read it.
