Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent videos as requested to show what the product was doing.

That it was not working correctly. Then they issued a full refund.

I purchased this item 3 months ago. It done great while working, but when it when went out that was it. Started saying ice full when there was no ice in it. Fan won't turn on to even make ice.

I bought a queen platform bed and it collapsed while my daughter was sleeping on it and she does not even weigh 200lbs!!! The bed is not even a year old model#HU10030. I bought this bed through Target TCIN: 8557**** UPC: 197867****78. The bed can not even be fixed! So now my daughter is sleeping on the floor. This bed was not cheap! I did register this bed so you should have my info. The bed should be on a recall list.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I tried on numerous occasions either by phone or email to contact Costway but never received a reply.

I contacted Pissed Customer and then Costway sent me an email to contact Target Guest Services, since I purchased the rattan rocking chair online through them. Target was excellent in handling the situation and I received the replacement seat.

This is the 3rd time that I have tried to contact your company. I never receive any response. I need a replacement seat for RATTAN ROCKING CHAIR HW66722. The seat is labeled as PART C. The seat broke away from the bracket and now just hangs. I bought this chair in April and have it only 2 months when it broke. Please send a replacement seat free of charge since it is covered under your ninety day warranty and I only have this chair 2 months when the seat broke.

Preferred solution: I received the replacement seat for my rattan rocking chair. The whole process took approximately one month. After contacting Pissed Customer, Costway told me to contact Target Guest Services. They took the necessary steps to get me the replacement seat.

Don't buy this ice machine, it's junk & warranty sucks. After a few months or stopped making ice, I had to reset it for it to start working again. A couple weeks later it stops making ice again & can't get it to start working again. I contact customer service and they tell me it's out of warranty that they can only assist me in troubleshooting the problem.

I called hoping I could get some help. Some pieces are broken off.

I have attached photos at the bottom and now the washer and dryer will not work and I keep getting a code that says E1I bought a washer/dryer combination two and one a while back off of Amazon even paid an extra $35 for the warranty as well for it Im not sure of who I need to contact someone through Amazon or directly from the company that the washer and dryer came from. If someone could kindly get back to me, so I can replace the broken one that I have and get a new one. I love the washer and dryer. Its very convenient to have and fits perfectly in my small apartment.
