Not allowed to complete my

I have attempted to order the product in my cart several times. When I press checkout it doesn't let me complete the process and keeps taking me back to subscribing to get the $10 coupon; which I did, then I'd return to checkout to complete my order pressing checkout and it goes through the same process over and over and I haven't been able to order the product YET!

My trimmer is not trimming/ cutting the grass. It is barely cutting, and it is fully charged. It worked well the first few times I used it.

Hello My name is Karl I bought this toy for my son in a winter time ( Order #100355**** ) From best buy But I keep it in same box in my basement until this weekend because of the weather Unfortunately when open it and assembled, we followed all the instructions to charge the battery for 12 hours, we tried that several times Didnt work!!!, it seems there is a problem with it Can I return it and buy a different one Please and thank you If so where can I return it, I live in Hamilton city Cheers Karl

Could not get top off but they did refund right away this was through Amazon.

Couldn't get top off pump and asked neighbor to help. He couldn't get the top off either so it was unusable.

User's recommendation: Ask about taking top off as my corepondance with them made me believe this has happened before.

Very wrong item delivered. It was a speedy delivery but we would have rather it take an extra day and get the right item then get the wrong item Extremely disappointed. No numbers to contact. Apparently automated email states someone will be with us in the next two working days. Not good enough. We ordered it as a gift and expensive it was. Option now it find money for another one and hope it is delivered on time and is the right item or wait for this company with no contact information to get back in touch with us.

User's recommendation: Just dont.

The float I ordered comes with a canopy that attaches to it but on one side the the holes that secure the canopy are not there so there is no way to use the canopy which is one of the reasons I bought this float. Its very frustrating when you spend this much money for a good product and it comes manufactured wrong that you cannot use it for everything you advertise it as.

Regarding purchase price

Overpriced. Amazon has exact product much cheaper. About 140 dollars. I would like the deal canceled or price adjustment and if not price adjustment I want full refund. Its 140 dollars cheaper at Amazon
