Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I tried on numerous occasions either by phone or email to contact Costway but never received a reply.
I contacted Pissed Customer and then Costway sent me an email to contact Target Guest Services, since I purchased the rattan rocking chair online through them. Target was excellent in handling the situation and I received the replacement seat.
- Reasonably priced
- Impossible to contact customer service
Preferred solution: I received the replacement seat for my rattan rocking chair. The whole process took approximately one month. After contacting Pissed Customer, Costway told me to contact Target Guest Services. They took the necessary steps to get me the replacement seat.

I called hoping I could get some help. Some pieces are broken off.
I have attached photos at the bottom and now the washer and dryer will not work and I keep getting a code that says E1I bought a washer/dryer combination two and one a while back off of Amazon even paid an extra $35 for the warranty as well for it Im not sure of who I need to contact someone through Amazon or directly from the company that the washer and dryer came from. If someone could kindly get back to me, so I can replace the broken one that I have and get a new one. I love the washer and dryer. Its very convenient to have and fits perfectly in my small apartment.
