I ordered a office chair from you guys and when it arrived one of the 5 wheels is broken. I've been trying to call your customer service for days I can't get through to anyone.

Why is there a charge on my refund?I just received my item yesterday and decided that we would like to purchase a different item instead. We placed the items back into the box and in good condition.

How fast I can receive the screws to assemble my patio set?I opened the patio set box ,took piece out but the screws and Allen keys were missing.

According to the Costway return policy, all the company items have a three months' warranty. Items arrived damaged or defective can be returned within 90 days after the order is placed on the company website. If you are not satisfied with the item quality you receive, please contact Costway support via emails sent to service@costway.com.
Please keep and use the original package for returns, or the company reserves their rights to reasonably refuse your return requirement. Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund if the return isn't a result of Costway error. If you insist on returning the item, you can contact the company via emails to state your return reason and request a return label. The Costway customer care team will inform you of the shipping cost.
Please note that the returned items must remain intact without impacting the second sale. When the item is delivered to Costway, you can request a refund or replacement. You can also choose a self-selecting logistics company to return the item, and the shipping expenses shall be borne by yourself.
