The filter on the washer side won't stay on when water or clothes touch it; it falls off. When I put it back on, it clicks but falls off every time.
It's very annoying and time-consuming, so can you please tell me how to fix it? Other than that, I love it.
Everything else seems to be working fine. I had my niece come over; she has one also, but she couldn't get it to stay on either.

Pneumatic arms are frozen
Arms installed properly but don't work. They're supposed to slide but they don't. Is there a release mechanism?

Bad experience returning item
Nothing but hassle returning this item brand new item didn't use wanted to return it had had nothing but hassles returning the item they want to charge high fees for a shipping label and restocking and only offered half of the money for a return what kind of company is this beware when you purchase something from here I will never purchase anything from this company again, lesson learned! Purchase at your own risk.

Don’t buy any AC from them no customer service. Send me a stupid email after four days they have a calling centre. I bought a new AC from different company again don’t buy from this company.

No assembly directions
No one answers at customer service - it goes straight to asking if my problem was resolved. So far appears to be a waste of money

Problem with washer
Machine wasnt spinning at all had to take out the clothes from the washer and take the water out ofter I unplugged it and but it away I decided late at night to plug it back on and it started to work again so I think the problem solve

All I want is four *** little bitty parts that I needed to build the rest of the chair so I feel that I should get them for free from them instead of having to go out and purchase them
I have same problem. Missing hardware packet to assemble Costway Bamboo Chair.
They will NOT send me replacement parts. Costway’s user’s manual clearly states to: Contact Us! Do NOT return this item. Contact our friendly customer service department for help first.
That’s what I’ve done but they basically said for me to go buy the missing hardware from my local hardware store. Since I’m missing KD(knock down) hardware style, they’re not readily available. I may go to IKEA to see if they will give me parts.
Stay away from Costway as they are not helpful once they have collected your money. Costway has NO integrity and not helpful towards customers.

The phone call was not even accepted.

Ive been trying to get in contact with someone in regards to my costway treadmill machine thats making a loud noise with a smoke smell. No one is getting back to me. Im extremely frustrated!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
No one has called me back regarding this issue. I left another message yesterday. The part is still bent and I would like to use this heater as it's 12 degrees in New York.
