Terrible company. They were not very helpful with a dehumidifier I had bought, which stopped working after one month of purchase.
They asked me for a video to prove it was not working. It was very difficult to upload and attach to a regular email. They would not accept a video through WhatsApp. I had to ask my niece to help upload it.
Finally, after they received the video, they asked me to open the back unit to check what was actually at fault. Crazy! What were they thinking? They should have taken care of it by sending a repairman, or credited me.
There was too much back and forth hassle. I will not be buying from this company ever again.

Someone purchased bedside crib for my shower. It has been recalled.
They keep asking the same questions I think I answer them and they send back response that it isnt good enough. I have the bedside crib in my possession I sent pictures.
They just dont know what to do. Is,there anything you can do to help me.
Mini split not working
Installed mini spit and will not turn on. Unit was installed per instructions and vacuum down. Unit wired per instructions under cover

Brochure doesn't give you all info you need - my issue was in removing the water reservoir!! No instructions and I researched it on Internet but NO info there was for the model I have!!

Trouble entering card number from Tremendous
Product arrived damaged. Received a Master Card from Tremendous.
Trying to reorder the cabinet, the card number will not go through for payment. I purchased a protection plan using the card but the cabinet purchase wont go through

My package I ordered from Costway never made it from the warehouse to the shipping company (Amazon Shipping) according to the tracking number. I had to make 6 calls over the course of 2 weeks.
Then, Costway made me work with a 3rd company to create a claim even though the package clearly never made it to the shipping company, which is not my fault. Despite my explicit request to send a new item, they instead refunded my credit card and now the sale I had gotten no longer exists if I wanted to re-order. I had to jump through so many hoops for an item that never made it out of their warehouse. Every other online transaction I've ever made, I can tell the company that the package didn't arrive, they check the tracking number and verify it didn't arrive and they send out a new one.
Then I asked for compensation for all the time I had spent trying to get a new item sent out and they told me all they could do was send me a $5 coupon, which was the same amount as the coupon on the front page of their website.
Thanks for literally nothing. I received nothing.

I bought 2 sets of patio chairs. Three of the chairs cannot be put together because the very first step join a to b the holes don't line up at all. I have not heard back from them since the 19th.

Product doesn't work and nobody get back to me after I phoned at least twice and talked to somebody
I bought an aircooler. I only used one time on the first year.
The second year I didn't use since the weather was good. This year, I took out to use again, it doesn't work. There is no air and wind coming out at all. I can not fix it.
So, I called customer service and talked to them.
They said they would get back to me in 1-2 business day, but so far, one week passed, still nobody contacts me. So, I think their service is very bad and the product quality is low too.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent videos as requested to show what the product was doing.
That it was not working correctly. Then they issued a full refund.
I purchased this item 3 months ago. It done great while working, but when it when went out that was it.
Started saying ice full when there was no ice in it. Fan won't turn on to even make ice.

Well, to start, just to get information on the pads, if you carry the pads, I need to give you my credit card information. I don't feel comfortable doing that. If you can't provide me with the information on the pads, that is, if you carry them and the cost without requiring my permission, I would like to know this information before I give you this information.

I bought 3 units last year. 1 unit works perfectly but 2 units don't work. I called a technician and he said the 2 units' circuit boards from the unit outside are defective and I need 2 circuit boards to replace the defective ones.
